ChemxWorks President Dr. Gary Shifren

 

As a Medical Doctor, trained in South Africa, as well as a graduate with a BSc in Science, ChemxWorks' Dr. Gary Shifren has used his extensive scientific background to develop highly creative sustainable designs, becoming a successful inventor, entrepreneur, product development specialist and business executive. Over the last 17 years, he has consistently launched unknown products to established, recognized brands and multi-million dollar sales.

 

Gary is forward-thinking with a strong business ethic, global perspective and desire to bring environmentally sustainable products to the market. With an extensive entrepreneurial background in product development and lean manufacturing, he is skilled at refining designs and improved technology targeted to the hospitality and service industries. An in-depth understanding of all aspects of lean manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, operations and inventory planning enables him to structure winning brand/sourcing strategies and develop consumer profiles to identify trends and product needs.
